So, I've started a new challenge and it's one I fully intend [yes, with the BEST intentions mind you] to finish. It's the Body by Vi[salus] 90-Day Fitness Challenge. Let me establish right off: I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! I'll explore the MLM business model in a future post, but now let's focus on the actual products. I started with their Balance Kit which involves eating 2 shakes per day, 1 healthy meal and interim healthy snacks. In my first week, I've lost 3 pounds and 1 inch off my waist!!! *huge grin* This product impressed me from Day-1 when I didn't find myself starving in between shakes. ReplyDeleteHey CandaceJ!!! Girlie, it really IS that easy. I mean, I'm weak in the eating area, especially eating in moderation. I've never been able to do meal replacement shakes for more than a day and a half. No amount of will power has ever made me eat in moderation. BUT, this product is different somehow. I can't even tell you why, I'm just satisfied each time I drink one. When I get the munchies, I'll eat a few slices deli meat and either string cheese or a piece of fruit. It's literally that simple. I was extremely skeptical, but 9days in I'm already sold and that's no small feat for a skeptic like me. Girl, you should order from my page and try it for 90 days. See for yourself.
